Commercial Support, Pulp & Paper, Italy
We are now looking for a Commercial Support for our Pulp and Paper segment.
In Pulp & Paper, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality.
Location: office in Colognola ai Colli (PD) Italy
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist field sales with internal processes and various activities
- Draft sales documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and may assist in resolving customer
- Maintain and use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer master data including price and agreements; to track the status of orders and deliveries.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English language is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems as SAP is preferred
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Problem solving, analytical, strong judgment and decision making skills
- Creativity and Innovation
