We are now looking for a logistics specialist for our industry and water coagulants segment at our Kalama, WA, terminal. This position will carryout logistics operations, maintain safety standards, railcar transloading, inventory monitoring, planner support, SAP shipment processing tasks, shipping document scanning, retention, associated tasks and general administration activities for their local operation(s). 

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for: 

 

  • Maintaining safety standards
  • Railcar transloading
  • Inventory oversight
  • Planner support for NW
  • Site maintenance monitoring
  • Process inbound and outbound deliveries in SAP 
  • Collect and scan POD’s and associated documents in SAP 
  • Obtain and file shipping documentation and other shipment documents 
  • File driver related documents 
  • File asset related documents 
  • Carryout parcel shipping  
  • Conduct other administrative office tasks 

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication. 
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Experience working with little supervision. 
  • Experience with MS office applications including word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
