Title:  Sales Representative, P&HS Poland

We are now looking for the Sales Representative in the Packaging & Hygiene Solutions for a Commercial team in Poland to support us in cooperating with customers and in developing our business through new sales. In this position you will report direclty to the Country Sales Manager, P&HS Poland. This position is located in Świecie as a main working place, with a possibility to travel to Grudziądz, Kwidzyn and Ostrołęka as well to support our teams there. It's a daily basis contact with our Polish customers onsite as our priority.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing a technical service to our existing customers - it will require daily, specific operational work at customer site.
• Daily cooperation with both Sales teams: local and EMEA.
• Further developing the business through new sales.
• Maintaining sales information system and reporting systems via communications of sales reports, updated sales forecasting, goals, competitive information, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.

In this position you will combine your technical and sales expertise - just in the center of a papermaking industry with a future grow in Sales and Application teams.

What you will bring to the team:

• Preferrably a business degree in a relevant field Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Best 3-5 years of technical and commercial experience from within the pulp & paper manufacturing.
• A strong customer focus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Polish and English.
• Willingness and sel-motivation to develop and grow within sales organization.
• Capablity of independently managing multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously within tight timeframes.
• A strong communication skills in the whole structure – from operator to a manager, and also cooperative skills to work efficiently within the Sales Team.
• Readiness to travel.
